The advertising sales force consists of 36 professional sales people in 4 states, plus New Zealand.
The sales environment suits independent operators who wish to own and develop the potential out of their products and territories.
We employ only experienced sales people, and expect our staff to be able to prospect, propose, and close within the industries that they operate.
Our environment is rewarding for self-disciplined operators; there is little formal supervision, but plenty of challenge, creativity, and potential for good earnings.
Once staff are established within the company, the average length of stay for sales representatives is 8 years.
The role will see you selling on a multi platform sell of magazines, web sites, "special one shot" publications etc.
Salary c$70k base + sup + uncapped commission (5% of all sales revenue)
