As a Service Manager in Workers Compensation, you will contribute to both the operational and organisational management of the Advanced Claims Branch in Sydney\'s CBD. You will develop an understanding of the business drivers within workers\' compensation and QBE Insurance\'s strategic goals.
 
You will be responsible to provide leadership, direction and co-ordination of activities within the team.  You will deliver sustainable outcomes through sound case management strategies and strategic management goals, supporting business objectives.
 
We are looking for a dynamic leader who has strengths in managing performance, motivating team members and peers, and driving and maintaining change.
