Business Development Manager | Promotional Products - $100K+

Company

Our client is Australia\'s leading integrated promotional services agency. An APPA and AIMIA member, this organization provides innovative / full service promotional product campaigns to major blue-chip clientele across a broad range of industries. Due to growth, an opportunity currently exists for an industry-experienced sales professional to join their successful Sydney-based team.

Position

In this highly autonomous role, you will represent our client\'s entire range of promotional services and proactively call on senior marketing decision makers across a broad range of industries. Relationship-focused, you will leverage your current industry contacts and build new business partnerships in order to align this company\'s services to meet the ongoing promotional product needs of your clients. Excellent in-house creative teams and production staff will ensure your success in this role and open doors for significant earning potential.

Candidate

You will have at least 3 years new business focused, B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success. A background in promotional products is strongly preferred, though any marketing-based sales experience will be considered. You will bring with you many senior-level, Tier 1, marketing contacts across a broad range of industries. Dynamic and professional, you are highly self-motivated and autonomous capable of proactively seeking out and converting new business opportunities with little supervision. On offer for the successful candidate, an attractive base salary package commensurate with experience and uncapped commissions! $150K+ on target earnings!
